SERVICE AGREEMENT

The Commercial Towing Company (CTC) is a call center and will provide roadside assistance 24 hours per day and 7 days a week. As a member of CTC, when your commercial vehicle breaks down, you can call 1-877-869-2920 (toll free) and speak with one (1) of our agents. You will be required to provide your name, company name, and the last four digits of your vin. The agent will also need your geographical location and your current situation. Our service agent will locate a repair facility with a fifty (50) to one hundred (100) mile radius and arrange towing for your vehicle to the closest location. CTC will not cover the expenses of loaded or empty trailers or containers. Arrangements can be made with your service agent if additional coverage is needed. Please note that CTC is not an insurance company and will not be liable for any damages made to the vehicle. (Please note - CTC will not be responsible for parts, labor, hotel, or food accommodations due the repair facility’s inability to repair your vehicle within a timely fashion.) CTC will provide service for each coverage plan for one (1), two (2), or three (3) years. If you as a CTC member, are not current with your payment(s), CTC will not provide services unless the past due amount is brought current. CTC will suspend your account if it becomes more than sixty (60) days delinquent. (Automated drafts can be scheduled for the first and the fifteenth of each month.) For all suspended accounts, a $25 processing fee will be charged in order to reinstating your account. There will be a charge of $500 for all contracts terminated outside ninety (90) days prior to the expiration date. If you have used all services before the term of your coverage plan has concluded, you will be invoiced for the entire amount of the additional service provided which will include an administrative fee. (All tows, lockouts, fuel, jumpstarts, and other road service needs will be invoiced to the CTC member and will include an administrative fee.) All payments can only be made via Visa, Master Card, American Express, automated bank transfers, certified check, or company check. All information provided is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for any purpose without written authorization from the CTC member.

AS A MEMBER OF CTC, I AGREE WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.
